Using PingBack

By using PingBack, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in a way that complies with applicable laws, third-party channel rules, and the rights of other people.

You are responsible for the activity that happens inside your workspace, including connected inboxes, uploaded content, agent actions, and customer communication that your team manages through the product.

Accounts and workspace access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and limiting access to trusted team members only. If you believe a workspace or account has been compromised, you should act quickly to secure it.

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, security threats, fraud, abuse of third-party integrations, or violations of these terms.

Plans, billing, and upgrades

PingBack offers Free, Mini, and Pro plans. Paid plan access, billing cycles, and upgrades may be handled through hosted checkout or billing tooling connected to the platform.

Plan limits such as messages, channels, uploads, retention, reporting, or Theo AI capacity may differ by tier and may evolve as the product grows.

Acceptable use

You may not use PingBack to send unlawful content, abuse third-party messaging channels, infringe intellectual property, mislead users, or disrupt the service for other customers.

You are also responsible for ensuring your use of connected channels, websites, and embedded widgets complies with the rules of those platforms and the expectations of your end users.

Availability and product changes

We work to keep PingBack reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Maintenance, third-party outages, abuse controls, or infrastructure incidents may occasionally affect availability.

We may update, improve, or retire features over time. When possible, we aim to make those transitions thoughtfully so teams are not surprised by product changes.

Liability and contact

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PingBack is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every particular workflow.
